A Binance managed sub-account (MSA) is a type of account that is created by an existing Binance user and is managed by an investment manager. The investment manager is responsible for managing the assets and making trades on behalf of the sub-account holder. The sub-account holder has limited control over the account and cannot make trades themselves, but they can monitor the performance of the account and make withdrawal requests.
