Eon Labs Ltd. is not a non-profit organization just here to help ATSR grow their personal assets. The company’s stakeholders will have to allocate at least severalfold more amount of prop fund than that of the ibAUM in order to make the hiring and retaining of the ATSR sensible for the company’s financial well-being. In other words, there are other factors at play that can limit the proposed amount of ibAUM:

  1. the total size of prop fund
  2. the company’s own strategies competing for a share of the prop fund
  3. other strategies by existing ATSR, and
  4. not to mention other ATSR candidates who are still working on their Take-Home Assessment (THA)

Therefore, we encourage ATSR to see the limiting nature of ibAUM as an opportunity to establish a live performance track record to pitch institutional clients in the future.

If a trading system by a ATSR employee demonstrates robustness in live trading and its signals (i.e. timing & direction) synchronous with backtesting ones during Probationary Period, Eon Labs Ltd. will make every effort to retain the ATSR as an exclusive employee by raising his or her ibAUM. The risk of losing his or her expertise to another rival prop firm is unbearable because when a trading system is faced with a substantial increase in AUM, it can be subjected to increased market impact pressure, which can result in alpha bleed.

Ration. As of now, the remaining allocatable prop fund to high performing strategies by ATSR (employees & partners) is north of 3 million and can go as much as up to 5 million BUSD. Also, check out the Allotment Constraints page for more info.
