ATSR can choose Employment or Partnership once they finish the Take-Home Assessment (THA) and pass the Evaluation. Those who pick employment will accept Base & Bonus Pay as compensation, and they have to go through a Probationary Period that lasts from 2 to 6 months. It allows employees to demonstrate their capabilities and skills in a real-work setting. It allows them to prove the validity of their backtesting results that are submitted during the Take-Home Assessment (THA) and earn a permanent position within the company. Furthermore, it also sets clear expectations and goals for the employee, and provides regular feedback on their progress.
