Eon Labs Ltd. is, by and large, a prop firm. Although we try to ensure Fair Pay, we feel the need to alert you that you won't be finding working for/with EonLabs rewarding unless you’re an experienced algo-trading software engineer.

Compensation Plan

Base & Bonus Pay is composed of two components:

  1. the base pay is proposed based on the ibAUM and TMAEG, which can range from 25 CAD to 190 CAD per hour
  2. the bonus pay is consisted of PFP, which is calculated based on the actual AUM in the MSA

Probationary Period as Employee

If you opt for the employment option, when trying to determine your probationary starting Base & Bonus Pay, we will look at the estimated ATR that your strategy can generate for an ibAUM. This estimated ATR, along with the ibAUM, is used as a reference to propose your base pay. Probationary Period may last from three (3) to six (6) months.

Once your Probationary Period ends, your base pay will be renegotiated.

There are two (2) kinds of probationary period that ATSR can choose from:

  1. KHA Probationary Period may take the least time for us to reach an agreement. In addition, there are two (2) work arrangement with their respective compensation plans available:
  2. Regular Probationary Period may need a bit more time for us to come up with an ibAUM that you are happy with. It is because we may need more time to assess your backtesting results before we can make a decision.
